This audit normally entails one of our engineers attending site to examine all plant and equipment installed. We examine energy bills and then preapre a presentation which is presented to you at your premises.

Investment Audit

An Investment Grade Audit provides a client with a more comprehesive understanding of the energy performance of the buidling. Detailed Energy Conservation Measures are investigated and costed fully.

This audit normally entails our engineers and trusted partners attending site to examine all plant and equipment installed. A detailed report is prepared to colate the information and proposed energy conservation meassures.

EU Energy Efficiency Directive

SI 426 is the regulation implemented by the Irish Government to give effect to the European Union (Energy Efficiency) Regulations 2014. This directive places an onus on eligible business users to implement an energy audit before December 2015, and every four years thereafter.

This audit normally entails one of our engineers attending site to examine all plant and equipment installed. We also examine energy bills which include all energy consumed in transportation. A detailed report is then preapred in accordance with the prescription set out in the regulations.


This audit and report examines the building energy performance in comparison to similar building. Opportunities for reduction of energy consumption and Carbon Production are detailed in the report with high level investment costs.
